Our Programme and Project managers are usually qualified in one, or a number, of recognised certifications such as MSP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, or a PMP qualification. They also have many years of real world experience behind them, and the depth of knowledge and collateral built up over these periods has proved invaluable to our clients.

Programme/Project Management Office (PMO)
A well designed and implemented Programme Management Office will ensure that through all stages of the programme or project, the stakeholders are kept well informed of progress, and are fully aware of any requirements upon them for escalations or strategic steer. Designing the PMO alongside a comprehensive Due Diligence exercise will ensure complete alignment, delivering towards the business goals.
Change Management
The change associated with a major programme of work can often be underestimated. Technology projects, for example, will often have far reaching impacts, potentially impacting every employee within a business. There are more and more requirements that need to be accommodated, especially within any programme of work which necessitates the use of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) i.e. Information/Data that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person, or can be used with other sources to uniquely identify a single individual
Financial and Performance Management
Research into the many high performing businesses shows that around 70% of them demonstrate functional mastery with regards to their finance and performance management capabilities. An equally high proportion of businesses will not have effective programme financial and performance management in place, contributing to the huge project overspends we frequently see in the press. Recent research has shown that only a third of project managers considered completing within budget to be a priority and only 38 per cent thought finishing on time was a top priority, mainly due to a lack of controls and poor programme leadership.
Supplier & Vendor Management
Many businesses do not actively engage with their suppliers to optimise the value delivered through the relationship over its life cycle. This can often lead to a breakdown in the relationship, with the customer perceiving that there is limited value add, or that the wrong activities are being delivered
Transitional Change
A project or programme may have far reaching impacts beyond those parties or systems immediately in scope. We have a mature capability in ensuring that across a period of transition, all stakeholders are involved, and all parties which may be downstream recipients of a service, are communicated to effectively, and engaged where appropriate to ensure the success of the transition. This includes helpdesk and support services, and revisions to contracted services as and where necessary
Service Delivery Management
We can independently review and define the interface between the client and the delivery organisation, governing all aspects of service delivery including; demand management, resource management, incident & problem management, performance management, change management and user relationship management
